I tried transfering 150+ games from external drive to ps3 internal with multiman but whenever I went to paste them to hdd 0 it only selected 17 out of 155 folders. I’m using 3.5inch WD Black 7200 rpms connected with adapters and powered externally. update: i had to use the program "fat32format" because Windows kept telling me that the volume was too big for FAT32 or something, and the PS3 refused to recognize the formatted driver. now it seems to be ok, but still. another update: the backup part ended without problems, but the restore part is driving me nuts. It really depends also what update you have on your USB stick. The PS3 update which should be on the PS3 webpage from Sony is always the wrong one. The size is too small as a larger one is available on a different website. I’m on mobile right now but will try to find it in the morning for you. IIRC the largest size you can use in a PS3 is 1 TB. So if you go with the 2 TB you'll have to partition it.
